We founded Wine and Wooly Design with one goal in mind: giving our customers a fair, rewarding and enjoyable shopping experience. We conduct business according to the same values, knowing that better service equals loyal customers. Shipping and Delivery

What You Need to Know

Shipping is at cost, we do our best to keep the cost down.  In addition, we try to ship as soon as possible, however, since the majority of our product are natural and handmade, you may not receive it as fast as if it was machine produced.  

Returns and Refunds

How It Works

All our products are inspected multiple times prior to shipping.  We do our best to ensure it arrives in good condition and take pictures prior to shipping to show we did our best.  If the product is damaged during shipping, the shipper will be your first point of contact.   We are a very small business, so before ordering anything, please ensure it's what you want, size and color is good.  Refunds will normally not be given, but if they are, shipping and handling will be the customer’s responsibility when returning the product in new like condition.

Our Policy

We strive to produce a quality product, however, most products are directly from field to finished product.  If you believe there is a discrepancy in the product, please contact us for resolution.  

Our Privacy Policy

Your Data is Secure

Privacy for our customers is top priority, we never sell, share or produce products from your information for distribution to anyone else.  As well, in addition to our host security protocols, we also implement multiple layers of security to try and prevent any privacy mishaps.   Your information will only be used by Wine and Wooly Design (Alpaca Yarn Farm) for direct contact from us.
